What Is A Sales Agency?
A sales agency is a business that specializes in selling products or services on behalf of other companies.
They act as the middle man, meaning they do not own the products or services they sell.
Instead, they represent other businesses and are responsible for promoting and selling those businesses' offerings.
Month 1 After Transitioning To A Sales Agency
Who Is This For:
In 2019 I was barely making $15k per month as a SMM Agency. I was tired, broke, helpless and was about to lose my biggest client who was paying me $5000 per month.
In January 2020 I came across an opportunity where one of my client's campaigns really took off.
My client who was a solopeneur and an online coach was the only person taking all the sales calls. It was at that moment I offered to close some of the deals for him in exchange for 25% commissions.
He agreed right away.
That month I made $10k just with him and I didn't have to worry about any of the fulfilment.
The following month I hired 3 closers, removed myself and my client from doing sales and simply started managing the closers.
I paid the closers 10% in commissions and pocketed 15%.
Now, all I had to do was replicate the model with more clients and I did just that.
The first year we surpassed $10M in sales.
